![]() Upgrade your sanitarium to be ableto cure 2 negative quirks (which will be enough for the full game in my option) and to make it as cheap as possible and put all your deeds into the blacksmith. This is NG+ so you can only have a limited number of deaths, you cannot rely on the fluctiation of heroes anymore and 2 each week is more than enough for a loooong time. My tip is the exact opposite, just forget the stagecoach completely. The fact that you don't have trinkets only makes it more obvious. Once you get a few trinkets and have a couple level 1 and even 2 heroes it becomes even easier but for me it's really the random level 0 heroes with random skills that makes it hard. No death, 16-20 heroes have reached champion level and I was able to afford gear for ca. Maybe you should go on even with a death in the beginning to get a feeling if this was bad RNG or not. The start really is not easy but I think you should go on with NG+. A death can happen, but normally the enemies are not really tough enough to kill fast in the beginning. ![]() I only did medium long runs in order to save time and I tried to bring strong parties in the beginning. It was not long until I had a good group together. Every week I filled up the roaster and dismissed the level 0 heroes I did not want to keep. With some trinkets and level 1 and level 2 guys it was much easier. Two times my heroes got down to death door. In the beginning I had the most dangerous fights as well. ![]()
